Boho Pop Up Picnic

Casual and eclectic, the Boho Pop Up Picnic is a fun way to spend some time with your favorite people- it’s great for kids and adults alike!

All picnics include our signature charcuterie grazing board, seasonal agua frescas, infused water carafes + the decor + design we have made famous! Lanterns, candles, low seating, fresh flowers + greenery garlands plus place settings for each guest.

wHat is a Pop up Picnic?

Pop Up Picnic Co offers the ultimate picnic experience- where curated design meets chef-inspired charcuterie and you don't have to lift a finger! Pop Up Picnic Co takes care of all the details- we scout the perfect location, bring the food and set it up to look amazing. Plus, we clean everything up when you're done so you can literally walk off into the sunset. Each Pop Up Picnic includes 3 features: food + drink, ambiance and service.

What’s Included in Every Pop Up Picnic…

Food & Drink

Every great picnic deserves great food! We currently serve a seasonal charcuterie grazing box filled with meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit and sweet and savory pairings.

  • Sample a rotating variety of cheeses from Venissimo Cheese

  • We proudly serve charcuterie (meats) from Mona Lisa Italian Deli

  • Our fruit and much of our pairings (honey/jam, dips, nuts, olives, etc. change seasonally and are largely locally sourced)

  • All our charcuterie grazing boxes are gluten-free!

  • Special menus are available for vegan, vegetarian, pregnancy-friendly, keto, dairy-free, pork-free and other diets.

Drinks are included with each Pop Up Picnic. We proudly serve:

  • Infused water carafes

  • Seasonal agua frescas

  • Sorry, no alcohol (or glass) is allowed at public parks and beaches so we don’t offer it to our guests.

The Setup

We think a little ambiance goes a long way so we bring our signature style to each Pop Up Picnic. 

We offer 2 packages: 

  • Boho Pop Up Picnic (casual lounge seating with low tables, pillow seating, lanterns and rug)

  • Original Pop Up Picnic- (farm table, bistro chairs and candles)

  • Why? We want it to be EASY to book- simplifying the choices means a quicker decision and a better experience. That’s also why we don’t allow guests to choose colors, decor items, etc.

  • We REALLY believe in keeping it simple because at the end of the day, it’s not about the pillows or the rug, it’s about getting together in a gorgeous setting + connecting with those we love!

Both packages include a fully styled tablescape with individual place settings: wood chargers, sustainably sourced bamboo utensils, recycled-paper napkins and copper tumblers. We also include greenery centerpieces and fresh flowers at your table.

Service

We want your experience to be perfect, from start to finish. We know that experience starts early in the process so we try to offer as much info online and we’re here to answer your questions when you need to TALK to someone!

Before your picnic we’ll send email confirmation with map + details, email reminders + a text with your exact location pin so it’s super easy to find your picnic and know what to expect!

At your picnic:

  • Pop Up Picnic Co. handles all delivery, setup & cleanup

  • Pop Up Picnic Co. Techs are on site for arrival but leave during your picnic so you have privacy

  • We are happy to take a few pics on our phones (sorry, we’re not pros)

Our guests just show up, have fun and then walk off into the sunset.
