Fall means getting cozy with a warm mug of deliciousness! Allow us to introduce the Pop Up Picnic® Co Hot Cocoa Bar!! We’re bringing everything you need for a decadent cup of hot cocoa complete with toppings, cups + decor! 

 PLUS, here are some tips on how to create your own setup, at home! 

The holidays are quickly approaching and if you're anything like us, you like to go all out! We’re always a fan of using what you have and getting creative to make it look great!

The Basics: 

Here’s a list of essentials for the hot cocoa!

  • Hot chocolate powder The possibilities are endless! (White, dark, sugar free, it’s up to you! We like Ghirardelli!) 

  • Hot water in an insulated container- use a camping thermos, hydro flask or coffee urn

  • Stirring spoons/sticks

  • Cups - cute mugs are always a bonus! Check out these ‘Batty Mugs’ from World Market! 

Toppings:

  • Whipped Cream- it’s a must!!

  • Marshmallows- we love mini marshmallows but jumbo chocolate dipped + even gourmet flavors are a great idea!! 

  • Sprinkles- this is your chance to add some color! We love a fall leaf sprinkle! 

  • BONUS item! Cinnamon sticks, caramels, butterscotch, pumpkin candies, candy corn, the list goes on! 

PRO TIP: We like to use small glass jars (mason or other reusable options) to hold our sweet treats! A mix of heights will add visual interest to your tablescape!  


 

Seasonal POP!  

This is our favorite part because you can really use anything! We love to look outside for natural inspiration like crunchy fall leaves, eucalyptus greens and pine tree boughs!

Dig through your old Halloween box- spider rings and even candy sprinkled on the table make great decorations (or pick up some mini pumpkins from Target!)


One of my favorite things to forage for is rain tree pods! They are festive and fairly easy to find! Honestly, there's no wrong moves when you’re getting creative, so have fun with it and enjoy! And for those who need that instant gratification, call us!
