The Standard Signature Board includes:

• Cheese: Manchego + Vlaskaas Gouda- our menu is subject to change but these are the two cheeses we come back to time and again because they are so darn good!

• Meat: Soppressata, Genoa Salami + P. Balestreri Salamis are some of our favorites!

• Savory+ Sweet Accoutrements: Castelvetrano olives, cornichons, candied pecans, dried fruit and fresh fruit.

• Dietary restrictions?

  • Gluten-free: Just let us know! We use Milton’s gluten-free crackers (from right here in Del Mar!)

  • Nut allergies? We can omit nuts + crackers with nuts. Please let us know when booking.
